The Urbandale Activities department will continue using the Hy-Tek timing system for all Urbandale track meets.  All teams MUST enter their event entries online prior to the meet. No exceptions will be made.

All first time users are required to register their team into the database. Be sure to assign each athlete and relay team to their respective events. It is important for High School coaches to enter times for each event as lane assignments are based on these times.  Make sure athletes are in the correct event and division. When your entries are complete you MUST declare your entries by 11:00 AM on the day of the meet.

The entry window will open one week before the meet and close at 11:00 AM the day of the meet. Last minute changes after 11:00 AM must be emailed to the Meet Director at josh.jacobs@j-hawks.com.  No changes, only scratches will be allowed after 2:00 PM.
