The Urbandale Strength and Conditioning Program will start its Winter Program on Monday January 9, 2017, and run through March 3, 2017.  

 

 

Morning Sessions

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

6:00am

 

Afternoon Sessions

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

3:30pm

 

No sign-up is required; just show up and be in the weight room before the start time each day.
