Fan Stand
Dates/times: Home Varsity Football Games

Shift(s): 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Duties: Sell merchandise
Web Store Order Picker
Dates/times: Second and Last Week of the Month (Orders would be filled Mon. or Tues. from Previous Week)
# requested: 1-4 depending on the number of orders
Shift: During a time that works best for the Booster Club
Duties: Sort and prepare online orders for pick up
Pickup Dates and Times: Online Order Distribution will be handled by the Activities Office and items would be picked up on either the second Wednesday of the month or the last Wednesday of the month between 9am - 6pm
Lines / Scorekeepers - Volleyball
Dates/times: lower level home matches
# requested: 2 lines, 2 scorekeepers per gym per grade level, with the exception of varsity events.
Shift: duration of volleyball match
Duties: Lines - assist officials in determining In/Out calls; Scorekeeper - operate scoreboard and/or keep a score sheet at the scorer's table
VOLLEYBALL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Concession Stand - Sport Specific
Dates/times: Evenings of home athletic events
# requested: 3-30
Shift(s): Times vary depending on the event, but usually broken up into two shifts an early (4:45 - 6:30p) or late shift (6:30p - close). Weekend and Tournament Times are adjusted depending on the schedules
Duties: Prepare and cook food during volleyball and football events. Clean concession stand and possible assist in counting money at end of each event.
Volunteer opportunities are handled differently by each sport, but opportunities will be posted here if there are any available dates and times.
Chain Gang - Football
Dates/times: lower level home games, predominantly Mon (MS), Tues (MS) or Thurs (HS) evenings. Varsity events are covered for the school year.

Shift: duration of football game
Duties: Operate down and distance, yard-to-gain markers. Plan to report 15-20 minutes prior to the kickoff of each game to receive instruction from the officiating crew.
