Coach Sam Anderson enters his 13^th Season at the helm for the J-Hawks and looks to lead the J-Hawks to the playoffs for the 8^th consecutive year.  A new District and a new, paired down playoff qualifying system, will be there as the J-Hawks begin the season.  Urbandale opens with Waukee on August 26, 2016, at Frerichs Field.
