On Saturday, October 18, 2014, the 158-member Urbandale J-Hawk Marching Band, capped off another great season with their 31th consecutive Division-I rating at the Iowa High School Music Association’s state-wide marching contest. Urbandale performed among over 20 visiting bands at the site hosted by Waukee High School.
