Urbandale High School will play host to the 20th Annual Urbandale Marching Band Invitational on Saturday, September 30, 2017.
Bands from twenty-two surrounding schools and nearly 2300 students will visit Frerichs Field on Saturday with opening ceremonies commencing at 3:25pm.
Awards will be offered for Bands competing in Class 2A, 3A, and 4A and for best Color Guard and Drumline.
The Urbandale Marching J-Hawks will perform in exhibition at 9:30pm.
Admission is $6.00 for adults and students in grades 9-12 and $4.00 for students in grades K-8.
A special note of thanks goes out to the 100 volunteers scheduled to assist make this a great event on Saturday evening.
