The Middle School swim season is shared with Johnston and hosted at Summit.  It is open to boys and girls in 7th and 8th grades.  In order to compete, your student will need to have a completed Concussion Form and have a valid physical on file.  These documents can be turned into the nurse at UMS or to the Activities Office at Urbandale High School.  Urbandale Activities will share the appropriate information with Johnston coaches and administration.

The Middle School swim season is held in Feburary and March, with an informational letter sent out in January.  Be sure to listen to the announcements at UMS to add your name to the sign up sheet in January.
