Urbandale advanced in Substate Boys Tennis action on Saturday with a 5-3 victory over Council Bluffs, AL.
The J-Hawks (2-11) beat the Lynx (11-3) by winning four of the six doubles matches and then securing one of three doubles matches. The final match was not completed due to the J-Hawks reaching five match victories.
Urbandale will play in Substate Semifinal action on Saturday, May 21. The location and opponent are yet to be determined.
