The Urbandale Boys Cross Country Team defended its team crown at the Kuemper Cross Country Invite on Saturday.
Michael Eppink and Michael Westphal were 2nd and 4th respectively.
The J-Hawks are back in action on Thursday at the Indianola Cross Country Invite at Pickard Park just east of Indianola.
