The Urbandale Boys Cross Country team placed 7th at the Fort Dodge Cross Country Invite on Thursday night.

The J-Hawks were paced by Michael Eppink, who finished 19th.

Urbandale will be back in action on October 17, 2013, at the Iowa State University Cross Country Course for the CIC Invitational.
