2014 Outlook:

A summer trip to Colorado served to expedite the training of this year's group of J-Hawks who look to continue their steady improvement under Coach Lee Hammerand in his second year.  The J-Hawks open the 2014 season in Marshalltown before returning home for the Urbandale Invitational on September 4, 2014.
