The Urbandale Boys Cross Country team will compete in the Tom Karpan Invitational on the campus of Valley Southwoods on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.

Race time at the meet is set for 7:05pm.

The J-Hawks enter the meet having placed 9th in their last outing at the Bobcat Invitational.
