J-Hawks Capture 2nd Title in as many Races

The Urbandale Boys Cross Country team beat the host DCG by 15 points on Tuesday at the DCG Cross Country Invitational to capture its second meet crown in as many chances.

The J-Hawks host the Urbandale Invitational on Saturday beginning at 9:00am.
