The Urbandale Boys Cross Country Team advanced to the State Meet in Fort Dodge on October 31 after a 3rd Place Finish in the District Meet on Thursday afternoon in Council Bluffs.

The J-Hawks were paced by Michael Westphal who placed 5th overall.
