On Saturday, May 7, 2016, the Urbandale Singers, Treble Choir, Women’s Concert Choir and Men’s Concert Choir competed at the Iowa High School Music Association’s State Large Group Contest.  All four ensembles earned the highest available rating: Division I (reserved for “superior” performances) for the first time in school history.  Urbandale performed among 32 visiting choirs at the site hosted by Johnston High School.
