The Urbandale Wrestlers begin a busy week on Tuesday at Ankeny, when the J-Hawks will square off with Mason City and Ankeny.  

The J-Hawks will then hit the mat again on Thursday at Johnston and on Saturday at the Valley Duals in West Des Moines.

Urbandale placed 7th at the Winterset Invite on Saturday.
