The Urbandale Wrestling Team will compete in the CIML Wrestling Invitational on Friday at Southeast Polk High School.

Wrestling begins at 3:30pm and the field includes 18 schools.

The J-Hawks will wrestle one last time in the North Gym when Valley visits on February 2, 2016.
