Urbandale Junior Rachel Vander Hart was named to the Iowa Girls Coaches Association's 1st Team All-State Team in Girls Soccer.
This is the second consecutive year that Vander Hart was named to the 1st Team.
She has been the Urbandale Goalkeeper the past three seasons.
