Urbandale rallied from a 11-9 deficit on Tuesday night in the 5th and deciding set to beat Iowa City High 20-25, 25-18, 25-21, 20-25, 15-11 to advance to the State Tournament in Cedar Rapids.

The J-Hawks will face Pleasant Valley on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 12:00pm in the first round of the State Tournament.
