Urbandale dropped to 7-4 on the season following a straight set loss to Southeast Polk on Tuesday night in Pleasant Hill.

The J-Hawks will take this weekend off before returning to action on Tuesday, September 9, at Fort Dodge.

Urbandale opens its home slate on Thursday, September 11, when Ottumwa visits the South Gym.
