Urbandale beat Ames 3-1 on Monday night to advance to the Regional Semifinal Round in Volleyball.

The J-Hawks will travel to Marshalltown to face the Bobats at 7:00pm on Thursday, October 29, 2015.

The winner advances to a Regional Final on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
