The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team will compete in the Fort Dodge Cross Country Invitational on Thursday, October 10.

The J-Hawks enter the race having won the Clinton Invitational over the weekend.

The Fort Dodge meet closes out the regular season for the J-Hawks; Urbandale will travel to the CIC Invite on October 17 and the Regional Meet on October 24.
