The Urbandale Girls Cross Country team placed 2nd at the Fort Dodge Cross Country Invitational on Thursday night.  The J-Hawks were a mere 7 points behind the winner and #2 team in the state, Ames.

The #3 J-Hawks will square off with the #1 rated Dowling Catholic Maroons and #2 rated Ames Little Cyclones in the CIC Invitational on Thursday, October 17, 2013, at Iowa State.
