The Urbandale Girls Cross Country team will compete in the Central Iowa Conference Cross Country Meet on Thursday afternoon.  The J-Hawks enter the meet having finished second to CIC rival Ames in their last meet.

Thursday's meet will be run at the Iowa State University Cross Country Course in Ames.
