The Urbandale Girls Cross Country will compete in the Regional Cross Country Meet on Thursday, October 24, 2013, in Marshalltown.
The J-Hawks look to make it two straight trips to the State Meet, having finished Regional Runner up last year and placing 7th at the State Meet.
