The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team, currently ranked #2 by the IATC, looks to make a third consecutive trip to the State Cross Country Meet in Fort Dodge.

The J-Hawks will compete in the Regional Meet on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs at 4:00pm.
