The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team will compete in the Iowa Conference Cross Country Meet on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Marshalltown Community College.

The J-Hawks will compete in the six team field, inclusive of Dowling Catholic, Fort Dodge, Johnston, Marshalltown, and Mason City.
