Pacing the J-Hawks were:

   25 - Kayla Owens, 19:42.2 

   26 - Avery Peterson, 19:42.5 

   45 - Abby Huls, 20:24.8 

   50 - Kati Heller, 20:33.6 

   62 - Brie Ruch, 20:51.8 

   67 - Mykenna Cole, 21:03.6
