The Urbandale J-Hawks (6-4) were back home at Barton Field in Urbandale to take on the Indianola Indians (7-2) on May 30, 2024 for a non-conference matchup.

In game one, the J-Hawks struck in the 6th inning to score 5 runs and come from behind to take the victory 7-5. Luke Karaidos, Mitchell Klaas, and Brody McInville all had RBI singles to provide the boost for the J-Hawks.

In game two, Jordan Sturdivant surendered two early runs, but settled in after the J-Hawks countered with 2 of their own in the bottom of the frame. It was a bunch of 0's until the bottom of the 6th when the offense exploded for EIGHT runs to take a 10-2 lead. Brock Moore hit two doubles two pace the J-Hawks. The final was 10-2.

With the sweep, the J-Hawks move to 8-4 on the season. Urbandale is scheduled to play Valley at Barton Field on May 31st.
