The Urbandale J-Hawks (9-6) were on the road in Waukee to take on the Waukee NW Wolves (11-6) on June 5, 2024 for a CIML Conference matchup. The matchup pits the J-Hawks against Jeremy Heinen who won back-to-back state titles as the coach of the J-Hawks in 2018 and 2019. 

The J-Hawks put together 5 hits, but the Wolves' bats were too much as they powered themselves to 10 hits and 11 runs. The final score was 1-11.

The J-Hawks move to 9-7 on the season. Urbandale is scheduled to play Ankeny at Barton Field on une 6th.
