The 5-4 Urbandale J-Hawks were competing in the 2024 Valley Softball Tournament being played at the Des Moines Softball Complex. It was a beautiful day to play three!

In game one, the J-Hawks found themselves in another tight game with one of the best programs in the state, Ft. Dodge. It came down to the very end, but unfortanetly, the tiebreaker went in favor of the Dodgers.

In game two, Tatum Johnson hit her 4th home run of the year to carry the offense for the J-Hawks as they beat the #12 Jefferson J-Hawks, 6-3!

In game three, Bri Tigges launched two home runs, but it wasn't enough to power the offense over Dallas Center-Grimes. The final was 5-10.

The J-Hawks move to 6-6 on the season after the completion of play today. They will host CIML conference opponent Waukee on Monday, June 3rd for a Varsity Doubleheader.
