The Urbandale Girls Soccer Team had SEVEN players named to the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Assocation Academic All-State teams on Friday! The team had great success on and off the field resulting in a team GPA of 3.46.

Taylor Mulligan & Abbu Jacobson were 1st team members. Kiley Lumley, Anna Long, & Sadie Lilienthal were all 2nd team members. Audrey Hager & Avery Van Quathem were named to the Honorable Mention team. 

The criteria for Academic All-State with the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association is as follows:

• Athlete must be a junior or a senior
• Athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50
• Athlete must must be a Varsity player and start over half the games played
• Be nominated by their coach
