The Unified Activity Federation (Iowa High School Athletic Association, Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, Iowa High School Music Association, and Iowa High School Speech Association) Non-Contact Period for the summer of 2025 will be Sunday, July 27, 2025, through Sunday, August 3, 2025.  This is the fourth year of an annual break in activities across Iowa each summer.  Looking ahead, future years Non-Contact Period will fall between the following dates: July 26 - August 2, 2026.

During this time, there will be no Activities in the Urbandale Community School District to include camps, clinics, workouts, strength and conditioning, lessons, meetings, etc.
