The Urbandale Cheerleading Squad was named State Champion in two categories and Runner Up in one other on Saturday night.  This year’s competition was held virtually.

In addition to these awards, the J-Hawks were the Runner-Up for the Spirit of Iowa Award by a mere 1.8 points, placing behind Mason City 304.1 to 302.3.

State Champions – Band Chant Division

The J-Hawks were named State Champion out of 14 teams in this division.
