J-Hawks Beat Ames, Return to Host Norwalk

Urbandale won two in Ames last night 14-2 and 5-3.  They return home to Barton Field tonight to host Norwalk in a JV/Varsity doubleheader, slated to begin at 5:00 PM.

The J-Hawks travel to Des Moines Roosevelt next Tuesday before beginning Substate play.
