Tryout to be a High School Cheerleader during the 2015-2016 school year.  Tryouts are open for students enrolled in the Urbandale Community School District that are currently in grades 8-11.

To tryout, you must:

1.            Register by March 25, 2015, online at:

2.            Have a current Athletic Physical on file.

3.            Have a current Heads Up:  Concussion Form on file.

Please note that a school physical will not clear a student for athletics – athletic physical require a medical professional's consent to participate in athletic activities.

Clinics

Monday, March 30 - 6:00-7:30 PM

Tuesday, March 31 - 5:30-7:00 PM

Wednesday, April 1 - 5:30-7:00 PM

Tryouts

Thursday, April 2 - 5:30 PM until complete

All Clinic and Tryout sessions will be held at Urbandale Middle School.
