Jason Proctor was honored before kickoff on Friday night with the Iowa Football Coaches Association's Distinguished Service Award.

Jason is a graduate of Urbandale High School and has since been a long-time supporter of Urbandale Athletics.  He keeps the book for JV Basketball games, runs the scoreboard for each home Baseball game, and runs the clock for Soccer matches.  However, his daily work on the football field is greatly appreciated.  Jason is at practice daily, always ready and willing to haul a tackling dummy to the field, fill a bottle with water, or help any coach or player.  He is at every game on the sideline, ready to do whatever it takes for students and coaches to be successful.
