The Urbandale Football Team won a nailbitter and improved to 3-2 on Friday, September 22 against Sioux City North.

With the Star's offense deep in Urbandale territory, the Urbandale defense secured the game winning interception to win 14-12.

The J-Hawks return to action on September 29, 2023 as they host Des Moines East for Marching Band Senior Night and Middle School Band Night.
