The Urbandale Football Team won and improved to 4-2 on Friday, September 29 against Des Moines East.

The J-Hawks poured on the points and ended up winning the game 52-0.

The J-Hawks return to action on October 6 29, 2023 as they travel to West Des Moines to face Dowling Catholic in a CIML match-up.
