The Urbandale Boys Bowling team notched its first victory of the season on Thursday night against Dowling Catholic.
The J-Hawks beat the Maroons 2983-2689.
The Girls lost to Dowling in a close match 2203-2176.
Both squads are back in action on Monday against DM Roosevelt.
