The Urbandale Boys Cross Country team is set to compete on Thursday at Iowa State University in the CIC Conference Cross Country Invitational.

The J-Hawks enter the meet after steadily improving throughout the year.  Most recently, the team placed 7th at the Fort Dodge Invitational.
