The Urbandale Boys Cross Country Team has qualified for the 2023 Boys State Cross Country Meet in Fort Dodge on Friday, October 27, 2023. 

Urbandale placed 2nd as a team. The J-Hawks were paced by Tommy Hensley, who took first place in the meet.
