The Urbandale Softball Team heads to the Valley Shootout on Saturday for three games.

Here is the schedule for the day:

12:15pm vs. Cedar Rapids Kennedy

2:00pm vs. Cedar Rapids Jefferson

5:30pm vs. Carlisle

Due to road construction in the area, spectators are encouraged to use this route:

• From I-80, take Exit 136 (Hwy 69/East 14th St. Ankeny)
• Turn North onto Hwy 69/East 14th St. Ankeny
• Turn E onto NE 54th St.
• After crossing Fourmile Creek, at the stop sign, turn South onto NE 38th St.
• Turn West onto Sage St. (there will be an orange sign for the George Davis Complex before this turn)
• Stay on Sage until reaching the complex

Facility Notes

The Des Moines Softball Complex does not allow team camps, tailgating, grilling, picnics, or other gatherings on the premises, including the parking lots and surrounding grounds. Teams are allowed to bring in a jug of water cooler, but not a cooler full of water/Gatorade bottles. All teams and fans are asked and expected to respect this policy. Please notify your parent base of the facility policy. There will be a concession stand open for food and drink needs during the tournament. Facility management will ask individuals violating this policy to leave the premises.
