Colby Knight pinned Zach Johnston of Norwalk in 3:54 to advance to the Class 3A Quarterfinal Round at the State Wrestling Tournament on Thursday.

With the victory, Knight will advance to Friday morning's Quarterfinal where he will wrestle Logan Ryan of Bettendorf.  Knight and Ryan squared off in the finals of the 2013 Ed Winger Invitational in Urbandale with Ryan handing Knight is only loss of the season.

Wrestling begins at 9:00am on Friday at Wells Fargo Arena.
