2016-2017 Outlook:

The J-Hawks look to continue their steady improvement from past years as the 2016-2017 begins on December 1, 2016, when DM Lincoln visits the North Gym.  Urbandale takes to the mat for home duals with Lincoln, Fort Dodge, Johnston, and Marshalltown and again hosts the prestigious Ed Winger Invitational this season.
