It was a chilly night at Frerichs Field in Urbandale as the J-Hawk Girls opened their 2024 campaign at home.

The Urbandale Girls Soccer Team beat Des Moines Roosevelt 2-1 on Tuesday night. The J-Hawks moved to 1-0 with the victory.

Urbandale travels to Des Moines East on Thursday.
