J-Hawks Move to 11-5 with Victory Over Ames

Urbandale opened Central Conference play tonight with a 3-0 sweep of Ames to move to 1-0 in Conference play.

The J-Hawks beat the Little Cyclones 25-18, 25-21, 25-12 in the South Gym.

Urbandale hits the road on Saturday to compete in the Waukee Invitational.
