The 2023-2024 season marks the second season for sanctioned girls wrestling in the state of Iowa. Urbandale welcomes students from Dowling Catholic to the team through a sharing agreement. The J-Hawks take to the mat at the 2023 Urbandale Girls Wrestling Invitational on November 18, 2023.
