The top-rated Urbandale Girls Cross Country team will compete in the State Meet on Saturday.

The J-Hawks won the Regional Title last week in Council Bluffs; Julia Noah was the individual champion.

The Girls will begin at 11:00am at Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge.
