The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team placed 3rd at its home invitational on Saturday, September 3, 2016.

The J-Hawks were led by Avery Peterson (3rd), Kali Dixon (14th), Abby Huls (17th), Lexi Tindell (18th), Carrie Cox (19th), and Sara Parker (21st).

Urbandale returns to competition on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at the Marshalltown Invitational.
